General information on transport
Each bike is individually loaded in the trailer with the front wheel placed in a special chock and the bike is strapped
in using four straps of 2000 lb. test or better. The straps are then anchored into a special rail system. Bikes
are not placed on a pallet or skid.
Your bike wil be loaded, secured and unloaded by a fellow biker experienced and skilled in motorcycle transportation.
Space is limited in the trailer by the size of the motorcycles to be loaded. We at Dragonstar would rather carry
a few less bikes than crowd bikes into the trailer. The safe and damage free transport of your bike is our first concern.
Bike pick-up is usually at a central location, such as a motorcycle dealership. Bikes will be delivered to a predetermined
site near the event location.
Your bike will be transported in a clean enclosed trailer specially equipped for motorcycle transport. The trailer
will remain locked during transport and inspections will be performed every three hours. We want you to feel secure
that your bike will arrive safely.
Rider responsibilities
- All ignitions will be unlocked, no alarms left on, and no wheel locks allowed.
- It is the rider's responsibility to be at the pick-up point on time. When the last bike is loaded, the trailer will
leave to keep on schedule. The rider will remain with the bike until the bike is loaded.
- Any bike found to contain any narcotics, illegal drugs, or weapons will not be loaded. Should any illegal substances
or weapons be found on the bike, the bike will be turned over to law enforcement without liability to Dragonstar and no refund
will be given. Dragonstar will cooperate with any investigation by law enforcement.
- Prior to loading, you are responsible for the removal of any antenna, loose or fragile parts, protruding accessories,
low hanging spoilers, louvers, etc. The items must be removed or properly secured for their protection and the other
bikes protection.
- You are responsible for checking your bike for any leaks of fuel, oil, battery acid, or water. This could incur
a charge, or liability for damage, to the trailer or to other bikes.
Liability
Dragonstar is not liable for any of the following:
- acts of God
- industrial fallout
- damage caused by leaking fluids, battery acid, fuel, coolant, or rock chips

Booking
You've got your bike, you know where you would like to go, what's it going to take to get you there? It takes a minimum
of four bookings to make a trip happen. Half of the trip cost must be paid at least thirty days in advance of departure
date as a deposit. Failure to get your money paid in time can result in losing your space. The balance of the
trip cost must be paid five days prior to departure. Payment can be by cash, check or money order.
To complete your booking we will need detailed information on your bike and your expected arrival time to coordinate
drop-off points.
Refund policy
The deposit is not refundable. If the total trip cost was paid up front then fifty percent will be returned if cancellation
notice is received fifteen days in advance of departure date. You can trade or sell your space if you choose.
The change will have to be accepted by Dragonstar due to space limitations in the trailer. The new rider will also have
to complete an information sheet on their bike for approval.
